Eating Plan Day 12 and 13

1 1/2 cup of rice w/ garlic and Cajun seasoning
Water

Snack

1 Banana

Dinner
------
Foot long meatball marinara w/ light sauce. extra cheese. green peppers, and oregano on wheat bread.
Lays baked original flavor chips
Water

Snack

1 cup of rice milk
2 tiny muffins of cornbread ( smaller than my pinky and could fit in the palm of my hand with a lot of space.)

Day 13

1 cup of jambalaya w/ four cornbread muffins

Drank water all day.
