Drank Water all day.

Exercise
----------
Running around at work stretching to reach heights and bending to get lower to adjust things. That was the reason I wanted a snack after work, since I needed fuel to do my paper, well finish it.

I received my Easy Curves today. SO I tried it out and I will be reviewing that at the same time. So far, I think it works. My arms hurt still (not bad). I could care less about my bust increasing. Firming yes, increasing whatever. I read on another blog somewhere that it helps firm and tone the upper arms also. Meaning less under arm flab people. So I thought I would give it a try. Before anyone suggests push ups... I hate push ups in any form.This thing works out multiple parts in a few minutes a day, I can deal with it.

Planned on walking today, but I rather just go to bed and do it tomorrow when I get off at a reasonable time, considering we lost an hour today. Set your clocks forward an hour people, or you will all be late for work or wherever else you need to go to.
