I was reading fan fiction and I was getting annoyed because I have been finding nothing but crap. Needless to say, when I was in fan-girl anime mode I would have thought these were wonderful. Now that I am older and am not in that mode anymore, -- still a fan-girl for certain pairings and series, mind you -- I find that they have to be written well for me even to get through it.

I have even resorted in going to AFF.net for better writing. 9/10 I find it too instead of the 3/10 from FF.net. Is it because the people are at least 18 or older, well supposed to be anyway?

I even looked at some of my old work and thought what the hell was I thinking about at the time. When I make time I go back and rewrite it too.

On that note, I realized why I stopped writing and I only go back to it from time to time. I do not get constructive critique. I get the usual, which make me happy, but I still want something constructive so I could improve. I used to be able to put one 5 chapters in one sitting. Now I barely write even one, because either they don't review or they say the usual. Usually, it is because they don't review. I can count on my hand out of all the stories I have written, how many reviews were constructive. This is from both sites of AFF.net and FF.net.

A friend of mine online said that she had a dream about me becoming a famous author. I do love writing it is fun for me to do, along with art and web design on the side, but without some constructive critiques I kind of lose motivation. That and I need an editor to look over my stuff at times. When I look at it I see what I meant to type and do not notice the mistakes till days, months, or most likely years later, when I go back and look at it.

Ah well. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Huh... haven't updated in awhile. Well so far with the diet and without me really exercising at all...not exercising, I have went form a 16 to a 12 in pants size. Think I will stick to it Is anyone else trying or thinking about trying this diet?

Day 35 update
---------------

Turns out my scale is 10 lbs off, which is odd because I tested it with weights and it showed exactly what it was. So I am not sure which scale to go by. The weird weight machine at the hospital says I am 15 lbs heavier that what the other scale says. So I will be keeping track of both weights. Oh well, I still lost the same amount of pounds and inches. Has anyone else had this problem?

Didn't lose any weight, but have lost inches again.

My boss noticed that I was getting smaller. We are both trying to lose weight and he congratulated me yesterday. My Mom even said that you could tell that I was getting slimmer. I can also get into 12 jeans now without much problem.

Last weight and Current weight: 190

Didn't lose any weight this time either, but I am not surprised because we went out of town for a bit. I didn't gain any weight either which I am surprised because of what I was eating. All that walking around a military base in the heat will make you ravenous.

I lost 4 inches in my body. 3 of them where solely in my bust area, which was surprising. Any explanations on this? The last time they went up half an inch each week.

I exercised at bit more this time. Not much,though.
I found I actually started wanting bananas when I stop eating them for a day.

End of week 3 - Day 21

I think I will be posting every 7 days for the end results. I am sure you get the gist of what I am eating for breakfast and whatever I feel like eating for lunch. For now on I will post the week end results.

Day 21

Lost = 0 lbs (Did not lose weight but have lost inches which is still good in my book.)

Measurements for this week

Lost 2 inches all around and gained 1/2 an inch in my bust.

Exercise

Still slacking in it. This was my week off from school on my online classes, so I have been lazy all around the last few days. I do move around a lot at work.

Still drink nothing but water all day. I did have a couple of poppers my Mom made. She bakes cakes as a side job and I am at times her tester. I don't test the whole cupcakes anymore, but she made poppers which are small enough to pop in your mouth comfortably. It is like the size of spoonful of rice or a piece of sushi. Actually I think it is smaller than a piece of sushi.
Any extra cakes she has she has me take them to work and the guys will eat them pretty quickly.

Things I have noticed
----------------------
I lost weight in my face, enough to the point my computer does not recognize me to log me on with the face recognition. I was also able to pull up a pair of pants that I could not get over the bottom part of my thigh before. I can't button them at all yet and they are pretty snug at the hips. I will be in them soon though.

I won't be buying anymore bananas this week because we are going out of time for my brothers graduation from the Air Force in two days. I will get back on it when I get back. I still will sort of be following the diet, but I may not have access to bananas while I am away. I think this would be a good test, since I doubt I would be eating bananas every morning for the rest of my life. I would get sick of them.

These are the Day 14 results.

I have lost 4 more pounds.

So far that equals 10 lbs. in 2 weeks with and without very much exercise.

I have lost around 7" in my body all around from head to toe, so far.

My bust went up about 1/2 an inch.

Exercise

Running around at work stretching to reach heights and bending to get lower to adjust things. That was the reason I wanted a snack after work, since I needed fuel to do my paper, well finish it.

I received my Easy Curves today. SO I tried it out and I will be reviewing that at the same time. So far, I think it works. My arms hurt still (not bad). I could care less about my bust increasing. Firming yes, increasing whatever. I read on another blog somewhere that it helps firm and tone the upper arms also. Meaning less under arm flab people. So I thought I would give it a try. Before anyone suggests push ups... I hate push ups in any form.This thing works out multiple parts in a few minutes a day, I can deal with it.

Planned on walking today, but I rather just go to bed and do it tomorrow when I get off at a reasonable time, considering we lost an hour today. Set your clocks forward an hour people, or you will all be late for work or wherever else you need to go to.

Walked around Wal-mart for about 2 hours while waiting for car to get fixed and played Wario Shake it at my job while waiting. (The game does make you move) Plus various errands I wanted to complete today.

The walking around for about 2 hours would explain why I was sleepy when I got home. Still am, but had some things to finish.

Drank water all day. Was reading all day and doing homework, so did not do exercise. I did mess with Leg Magic machine for a little while, but not for the full 10 minutes because that hurts.


Day 9

Breakfast - 2 bananas and water

Lunch - Chicken sandwich with provolone cheese and pickles no sauce. Potato fries with skin on them no salt.

Snack - 1 cup of minestrone soup

Dinner - 1 1/2 of jambalaya

Drank water all day. Did not do serious exercise today was walking around stores for a bit.

Day 7 - This is a test to see how much I would lose without exercise and eating pretty much whatever I wanted.

Starting weight - 200 lbs.
I didn't do my measurements because I did not think about then until today.

Day 7 weight- 194

Stuff I have noticed:

My stomach has went down. I can look down and only see my chest and not both. I am able to put on pants without any trouble that had just came out of the dryer. I am actually getting up before my alarm clock or when it goes off and I am awake and coherent (more than usual). I do not have any craving for soda or sweets. I sleep better and actually stay asleep, well until my bladder catches up to me from all the water I am drinking. So far so good.


Starting today I will exercise.

Eating Plan Day 6 and 7

I didn't drink as much water as usual on this day, nor did I go to bed before midnight and had about4 or 5 hours sleep. The plan requires at least 6 to 7 hours.

Went to work today, so I probably burned some of it off. I drank water all day as usual.

Lunch - Yakitori Jinbei

Lunch portion of minced chicken and egg over rice
The way it was portioned it looked to be:
1 cup of rice
1/2 cup of minced chicken
1/2 cup eggs
It could be less, but it was delicious

A small salad with Ginger dressing

A small bowl of Miso Soup (might have 1/2 cup)

1 piece of Salmon Sushi (I wanted to try it, and it is good!)

A couple pieces of cantaloupe (Me and this other regular got it for free) I was full but I ate 2 pieces to be polite. I took the rest home.)

Steamed dumplings (or pan seared)

I drank water with this.

I ate this much because I had to go to work today and would be busy with work and not be able to snack. But I know in Japanese restaurants they give you measured out portions which end up filling your stomach perfectly. I don't get a break at work when I am there for a few hours.

weighed myself this morning when I got up and was like o_0 ?! I have lost almost a total of 5 lbs in 3 days. Mind you that this is without exercising. Day 8 is when I will start incorporating the workout with this to see the results.

I am using he journal to keep track of what I am eating and my work outs. When I am talking about a soup, I am speaking of the veggie soup I made from scratch.



DAY 1

Fruit Cup (Pears in pomegranate juice)
1 cup of soup

Snack

1 medium Green Apple

I drank water all day. I also take 1 oz shots of Humic Folic Acid. You can get it at health food stores. It is good for detox and getting impurities out of the blood since it detoxes the body from a cellular level. It looks odd but doe not really have a taste in my opinion. My Mother says otherwise. I guess it depends on the person, I personally have had worst tasting medicine. I usually take two or three a day.

I was feeling sick today and had to call off from work, after I ate a few cups of that soup I am feeling a bit better. If anyone wants the recipe, just leave a comment and I will post it in the blog.
